I see amusement ride signs posted, is this a ride or a walk through attraction?
It’s a walk through attraction. We are licensed & registered haunted attraction with the department of agriculture and inspected in accordance with the PA Bureau of Ride and Measurement Standards.Will the scare actors grab us?
You will not be grabbed or touched by any actors unless it's an accident, which does happen. You may come in contact with part of a costume or prop from being scared.Do you use fog, strobe lights, and other special effects that might bother my allergies, heart condition, etc?
Yes, all the above. If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, etc this attraction is not recommended for you.Do you sell food, beverages and souvenirs at your attractions?
Yes. We will have food, beverages and souvenirs.What time does the haunted house usually open?
Tickets sales are from 7 pm to 10 pm. If you have a ticket, you will go through no matter the time.How old does a child need to be and/or is it okay for younger kids?
We have no age restrictions so long as the child wants to go through on his/her own will with no one forcing them through. All kids are different. Please use appropriate judgment.Does your attraction have security?
Our attraction has a fully-trained security staff that keeps things running smoothly. We seldom, if ever, have a problem that actually requires security but we have it available for crowd control.Can we be thrown out for any reason?
Yes. We do not allow smoking, foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. We have a list of rules that must be adhered to for your own safety. Violation of these rules will usually bring a warning and then being asked to leave without a refund.Can we be injured at your attraction?
Running is the main cause of minor injuries. Make sure to follow the rules, don’t run and you'll be fine. Follow all the rules and do not stray from the main paths.Can we take flash photos of your haunted houses?
No. Haunted houses are dark and everyone, especially the actors, gets adjusted to the low light. When you flash your camera you're not only ruining other customers' experience but you are hurting the actors'/customers’ eyes.What can't we bring with us to your haunted houses?
No pets, weapons, alcoholic beverages, costumes, cameras, cell phones, or handbags.What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash at the ticket booth only.Are you open if it rains?
Absolutely! We will provide tents for coverage outside if it rains and our attraction is under roof.Is your attraction handicap accessible?
There are portions that are not handicap accessible. There are some parts that will have a by-pass if you are in a wheelchair, can’t walk up steep ramps/steps, or crawl through claustrophic spaces.How long does it take to go through?
It depends on how fast you travel through the attraction.What is the minimum number of tickets that are required for group discount purchase?
Group orders are 20 or more ticket purchased in one transaction.I want to do a story on the attractions; how do I?
